High-Tech Connected Mirrors for Your Makeup

Playing softball growing up my coach always said you have to see it to hit it. Now as a grown woman I come to find out it is the same thing for a lot of things, any goal, really. One of them is the goal of looking your best.

Nowadays since I’m putting on makeup every day I’ve also come to find out how much of a difference the mirror makes. You have to see yourself really well to nail that perfect look.

Have you noticed lately all these new high-tech mirrors out now in stores? I’ve seen good reviews on some of these - newbeauty.com/slideshow/2507-high-tech-mirrors-for-better-makeup - especially that EKKO connected mirror first on the list. It’s capable of streaming video of makeup tutorials and has apps and multiple users with customizable profiles. That seems like it might be a lot like the new mirrors they’re installing in Neiman Marcus (allure.com/story/neiman-marcus-high-tech-mirrors) and Bluemercury, owned by Marla and Barry Beck - (latimes.com/fashion/la-ig-bluemercury-20171020-story.html), both of which incorporate interactive social media, product reviews, video streaming and purchase options, as well as being excellent mirrors for looking at yourself with.

I’m so glad we have these high-tech mirrors pretty much everywhere now so we can take a lot of the guesswork out of putting on your foundation and eyeliner.
